New Jersey PBL has won the March 15 deadline for largest percent increase in PBL membership by the deadline of March 15. This entitles their state to obtain preferred seating at this year’s PBL Opening Session and Awards Program at the National Leadership Conference.

On April 15, the second and third place winners will be announced.
