She regularly facilitates trainings and workshops on the three R’s of Trust (results, retention, relationships). She also designed a trust survey to help facilitate more efficient business interactions.

Vanessa developed a uniquely simple, but powerful and memorable model to expose the truth about trust—what it is, how we inadvertently break it down each day, and how to harness its power and learn to build it in our business and personal lives.
